THE EXPERIENCE

You lie back.
The sound does the rest.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you're "bathed" in waves of sound and vibration.

You'll rest comfortably on a mat while I play instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, shruti box and other resonant tools. There's no water, no right way to meditate and nothing you need to know beforehand. You just listen, breathe and receive.

What a session looks like

1

Arrive

Settle onto your mat with blankets, a pillow and an eye mask. Get as cozy as you like.

2

Intention

A short welcome and an invitation to set an intention, or simply to rest.

3

Breathe

Guided breathwork to help your body shift out of the busy day.

4

The Bath

Immersive sound and vibration. Drift, rest, notice, let go.

5

Return

A slow, gentle return with time to stretch, sip water and integrate.

How to prepare

Wear something comfy

Loose layers you can relax in. Rooms can cool as your body rests.

Bring a mat or blanket

Bring your own mat, blanket and anything else that will help you get comfortable.

Arrive 10 minutes early

Give yourself time to settle so you aren't rushing in.

Hydrate after

Drink water and keep the rest of your evening gentle if you can.
